<p>I would consider Ponzi as someone who lets their power go to their head. I'm not sure if one can consider him a psychopath, since he's not overly violent. He's just very, very, <i>very </i>creepy and has detention methods that are <i>very</i> unethical and might get him fired if anyone pressed charges against him; something he can't fight back against due to him not being wealthy enough. . </p><p>He often abuses his role as principal and is very unfair to Spencer mostly because he's Billy's cousin (and we all know why Ponzi hates Billy, if "Ponzi's Got Talent" is anything to go by). The Wrights might have Billy's mansion and fortune, but they're not willing to risk getting into a court battle and possibly lose everything, so they don't press charges. That or Spencer never told his parents about the detention room or unfair treatment. </p><p>But yeah, Ponzi is a major jerk, To me, Minotaur was way better. </p>
