For Spencer Wright, a 14-year-old budding filmmaker, Hollywood is the ultimate thrill ride. But being the new kid at a high school populated by Hollywood royalty, he’s an outsider with no ticket in. Finding himself amid all this bling and stardom is intimidating (he gets his allowance in cash, not stock options). Luckily, he’s got an all-access pass in the form of his new best friend, the ghost of pop star Billy Joe Cobra!
This month's featured character is Billy Joe Cobra - a famous pop star who died young and is now a ghost. He is best friends with Spencer Wright, a normal human 14-year old filmmaker, and together they cause all kinds of mischief in the town of Beverly Hills!
