Plot[]

As Billy looks on, Spencer is requesting his school transcripts from Principal Ponzi as he just got accepted into the Beverly Film Academy and needs them in order to transfer. Ponzi is extremely excited about the idea of Spencer leaving and promises to get his transcripts as soon as possible. Ponzi soon realizes, however, that he won’t be able to torment any other students because their rich parents would retaliate and begins to regret his decision. In the hallway, Spencer sees Ponzi walk by with a document and asks if it's his transcripts. Ponzi says that it is, but that he would be locking it away in “the vault.” When Spencer expresses his confusion, Ponzi explains that the school couldn’t afford to lose Spencer because he was “far too valuable” to it. Spencer and Billy go to chase after Ponzi, but Spencer runs straight into Kleet, knocking the jock to the floor. Billy tells Spencer that he’ll take care of the transcript situation.

Ponzi accesses a secret elevator through a trophy case in the hallway, and Billy follows him into it before Spencer comes looking for Billy and calling his name. Billy is impressed to see the vault and all of its contents. He discovers a large wad of gum, which briefly gets stuck to his hands before he shakes it off. Ponzi puts Spencer’s transcripts in a file drawer, and Billy dives in to retrieve it when Ponzi turns around to leave. Ponzi shuts the vault door and Billy attempts to phase through it but finds himself unable despite being a ghost. He then discovers that he is unable to exit through any part of the vault and becomes very concerned about his predicament.

Back upstairs, Spencer continues to look for Billy. He runs again into Kleet, who is about to shove him into a trashcan when Spencer mentions that there’s a possibility of him leaving school forever. When Kleet becomes intrigued, Spencer explains the issue of his transcripts, upon which Kleet becomes shocked and drops Spencer into the trashcan. Lolo overhears and becomes excited at the thought of Spencer leaving. Spencer emerges from the trashcan and explains that it won’t happen unless he gets his transcripts which Ponzi has locked in the vault. Lolo knows about the vault and says that no one has ever broken into it. Spencer expresses that he has plans to break in, and Kleet and Lolo offer to help him since they’ll be rid of Spencer for good if they succeed.

Lolo enters a classroom where a student and teacher are talking and gets Adrian to make them both leave so she, Kleet, and Spencer will have the room to themselves. Spencer says that they will first need to figure out where the vault is. Lolo gets Adrian to bring her a map of the school, citing the fact that her dad owns the school. Spencer finds the vault on the map and reads its description, which includes the term “ghost proof” and makes him shout Billy’s name, which he tries to pass off to the others as an expression. In the hallway, Lolo makes Adrian recruit iStevie to help them break into the vault through a duct. Rajeev and Shanilla walk by and ask what’s going on, upon which Lolo and Spencer explain the situation. When Shanilla hears that Spencer is leaving, she loudly shouts in distress, trying to pass off her reaction as a broken nail before running off. Rajeev offers to help with the operation and when Kleet asks what they’d need him for, Lolo suggests that he could be sacrificed if there was trouble, making Rajeev want to tag along since, in his eyes, she sees some value in him being there.

Down in the vault, Billy bangs on the door and desperately calls out for someone to let him out since he doesn’t want to be alone. He goes to hug the wad of gum and remarks that he must be “losing it.” He then proceeds to pretend that the wad is talking to him and talks back to it. Meanwhile, the others find a way out of the duct and into the sewer. They are frightened by the sight of an alligator, which Rajeev tries to use as an excuse to hold Lolo until she orders Adrian to take care of the alligator. Adrian wrestles the animal while the others walk along. Kleet then steps on a secret button, making the ground beneath the group open up and drop them somewhere below before closing up again.

Shanilla bursts into Principal Ponzi’s office and informs him of the plan to break into the vault for Spencer’s transcripts, insisting that the group must be stopped, and Ponzi immediately runs to go do so. The break-in group find themselves in a trash pit, which slowly starts to compact itself. Lolo calls to Adrian for help getting them out, but he is still distracted by the alligator and does not come to their aid. Spencer then spots a computer port on the wall and gets iStevie to help him use it to stop the walls closing in. Back in the vault, Billy continues to talk and play with the wad of gum. In doing so, he accidentally activates a trap in the form of a large rolling boulder and quickly moves to stop it crushing the gum.

Meanwhile, the group finally find the vault door and Kleet unsuccessfully attempts to break it down before iStevie steps up to the job of decoding it. As he does so, however, Rajeev thwarts his attempt and begs to Spencer not to leave Beverly Beverly High. Ponzi then shows up in the elevator and tells the students to stop what they’re doing. Billy continues trying to hold off the boulder, but it rolls on and crushes the gum wad, causing him to cry out in despair. The boulder then rolls straight through the vault door, crushing Ponzi. Spencer walks in to find Billy talking to the wad of gum before getting his attention and making him glad to have been found. Billy hands Spencer the transcripts before Adrian and the rest of the group fearfully hide behind Spencer and the alligator from before snatches up the transcripts. As Spencer, Rajeev, and iStevie step into the elevator, Spencer says that he’s okay with not getting to go to film school because he couldn’t find better film material than that of the happenings at Beverly Beverly High, citing Lolo and Adrian attempting to retrieve the transcripts from the alligator’s jaws.
