Synopsis[]

Billy attempts to achieve sports fame by possessing Kleet Kleenerson's body.

Plot[]

Spencer, Billy, Rajeev, and Shanilla are at the WiFri. Billy gets excited when the newest edition of “world’s most famous famous people” is about to be announced on TV, believing that he will be included. Billy turns off the TV in a rage when he discovers that he was not in the top 3 and the number 1 spot went to a soccer player. Spencer explains to Billy that “sports stars are the new pop stars” and Billy gets the idea to become a soccer player for fame. Kleet then appears and kicks a soccer ball at Spencer, Rajeev, and Shanilla. Billy eyes him and sees an opportunity to take advantage.

Spencer is sitting at his computer when a soccer ball is thrown at it and he turns around to see Kleet in his room. He is afraid and asks who let him in there, and Kleet says that he’s “the Cobra.” Confused, Spencer asks how he knows about Billy before figuring out that it really was Billy talking. Billy then pokes his head out of Kleet’s mouth, revealing that he is inside Kleet’s body. Spencer tells him to get out, but Billy denies him and says that he will use Kleet to become famous. Spencer protests having to hang around Kleet and Billy leaves his body saying that it’s only temporary and that he just wants to feel the “fame rush” again. Spencer is still doubtful about his methods, but Billy insists that using his ghost abilities will work. He goes back into Kleet’s body and kicks the soccer ball into Spencer’s computer, breaking the screen. Peeking out again, Billy nervously says that he’s still getting used to soccer.

On the soccer field at Beverly Beverly High, Billy impresses everyone by showing of Kleet’s now ghost-amplified skills from inside Kleet’s body. Spencer and Rajeev cheer him on from the bleachers. A crowd of fans and photographers surround Kleet and the same announcer from “world’s most famous” arrives with a camera crew and announces Kleet’s upcoming stardom. Spencer comes out onto the field in support and notices Sam Hoover doing the same. When Spencer demands to know what Hoover is doing, Hoover asserts that all he ever does isn’t just try to capture ghosts and goes up to get Kleet’s autograph. As Kleet is being offered a deal to play for a professional soccer team, Spencer pulls him away and asks to speak with him for a moment, claiming to be his agent. Spencer insists to Billy not to sign the contract, reminding Billy that he said he would only go as Kleet for a while and that if he signed the contract, Spencer would barely get to see him for the next five years. Billy responds that the team’s games would be on TV and then signs the contract when it is presented to him again, leaving Spencer distraught.

Hugh and Jessica, dressed in soccer fan gear, are watching TV as the announcer gives Kleet the new number 1 spot of most famous people and says that Kleet is about to make a major announcement. Hugh calls Jane and Spencer into the room for the announcement. Billy, as Kleet, announces that he wants to be referred to as Billy in honor of his idol Billy Joe Cobra, turning around to reveal that his jacket has a picture of Billy on the back. Spencer says that he’s losing it, and Hugh responds that it doesn’t matter what he calls himself because he’s their “ticket to the cup.” Spencer’s family cheer for Billy in front of the TV while Spencer and Rajeev watch. Rajeev inquires why Billy hasn’t won yet and Spencer says that Billy, being a drama queen, probably wanted to score the winning goal at the last second. When Rajeev calls it “awesome,” Spencer rolls his eyes.

Billy. As Kleet, is running to make the final goal when he realizes that a strand of Kleet’s hair has fallen out of place. Citing a “hair emergency” he stops to adjust it, which gives the other team an opening to score the goal instead and win the game. Spencer’s family cry out in outrage as to why he would stop like that. The commentator shames Billy for his performance and an angry mob chases Billy off the field. The Wrights go to join the mob and when it appears that Rajeev will do the same, Spencer reminds him that Billy is their friend and so they have to defend him. He calls for Rajeev to follow him, and he does. As the mob chases Billy, he hides behind a building and says that he’s had his fun but is done with soccer fame. He tries to exit Kleet’s body but can’t, realizing that he’s been in there for too long. Jessica alerts the mob to his location and he begins to run from them again.

Spencer and Rajeev, exhausted, enter Spencer’s room and Spencer questions where Billy could possibly be. A panel on the wall opens, revealing Billy behind it, still in Kleet’s body. Spencer asks what he’s doing in there and Billy explains that it’s his “panic box” which he previously got installed. Spencer and Rajeev drag him onto the floor and Spencer urges Billy to get out of Kleet’s body due to the animosity against him, but Billy reveals that he’s stuck inside Kleet. Rajeev calls their attention to the news on the TV, which is covering the angry mob and reveals that Hoover is part of it. Spencer gets an idea and tells Rajeev that they need to find Hoover’s pizza van. As they run to leave and Billy starts to follow, Spencer tells him to stay put. Spencer and Rajeev manage to steal Hoover’s ghost containment unit right as Hoover is returning to his van. They try to innocently make small talk with him before running off, confusing Hoover.

Hugh goes into Spencer’s room intending to ask him to join the mob before he sees Kleet. Billy tries to run from him, but Hugh calls to the mob through the window that Kleet is in the house. Billy tries to exit through the front door but finds the mob there. The mob then follows him through the house and onto the pool deck. As he hangs off the edge of the balcony, Spencer and Rajeev arrive and use the ghost containment unit to remove Billy from Kleet’s body. Billy thanks them and Hugh pushes Kleet off the balcony, where he lands on the ground and asks who Billy is.

At the WiFri, Spencer and Rajeev watch as the new most famous individual is revealed to be a harp-playing weasel. Rajeev remarks how “poor Billy” was booted off the list by a weasel, but Spencer insists that Billy had learned his lesson after the angry mob. Buck serves them a strange dish, claiming it as his “specialty.” When Spencer and Rajeev are disgusted by it, Billy pops out of Buck’s body and crosses “celebrity chef” off a list, asking what’s next as he flies away.
